Job Description
Our team of expert commercial mortgage valuers specializes in delivering high-quality valuation and advisory services across the Australian commercial mortgage sector. By combining deep market knowledge, a top-tier platform, and a proven track record, we consistently achieve optimal outcomes for our clients. We stay at the forefront of technology, utilizing advanced software models, report templates, and comprehensive databases for clients, properties, and transactions. With a focus on rigorous training standards and external quality assurance, we ensure accurate, timely, and consistent advice.
With continued growth across the country, we are looking for experienced Valuers to join the National Mortgage Valuations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover a diverse range of Metropolitan areas across the states.
- Handle commercial, industrial, and retail property valuations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier bank clients.
- Utilize a class-leading valuation platform for seamless delivery and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer, with 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong commercial awareness in strategy formulation and execution.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for informed business decisions.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Estate Master.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
