We are looking for a motivated Valuation Surveyor, from qualified level to Senior Surveyor, to play a crucial role in our high-performing team. You’ll be working across a diverse portfolio, including residential, investment properties, student accommodation, private investors, Build to Rent and more. As part of this role, you’ll provide market-based valuations that are thoroughly researched and tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Job Description
- Conduct valuations for a variety of property types, including residential, student accommodation, Build to Rent and investment properties
- Undertake Loan Security, Institutional, and Corporate Valuations
- Collaborate with fund managers, banks, and relationship managers
- Develop new and existing client relationships and attend client meetings
- Deliver accurate, well-researched valuations and forecasts
- Provide secured lending and other one-off valuations as required
Qualifications
- MRICS Qualified
- Highly numerate with proficiency in MS Office and databases
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of Argus Developer is preferable
- Sound understanding of markets across London and the South East
- Excellent organisation, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
