About the role
Our valuation Team is committed to providing expert valuation advice to a wide range of clients. Our accredited experts conduct reliable and quality appraisals, whether for acquisitions or divestments, for accounting or lending purposes, or simply for a current view of the market value of an existing asset or future project.
We are actively seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Valuation Expert to join our team in Antwerp.
Your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Undertake property valuations on a single-asset or portfolio basis, essentially in Flanders. These valuations cover various asset classes of commercial real estate, in large part for institutional and corporate clients.
- Draw up quality and insightful valuation reports of various formats
- Prepare ad-hoc strategic advice within limited timeframes, ensuring accuracy and informed forecasts.
- Develop and maintain client relationships aiming at building long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with other team members to enhance existing and prospective client relationships.
- Promoting further the Colliers brand on the local market
Qualifications
- 3+ years of valuation experience in the commercial real estate industry
- Team-player mentality
- Analytical skills to interpret information and draw out market trends
- Ability to form and argument opinions on property values
- Report-writing skills
- Confidence in prioritization and working to deadlines
- Able to think ‘outside the box’
- Trilingual (native language preferred: French and Dutch + English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
