Job Description

We are seeking a tech-savvy and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our technology team on a 6 month contract.

Acting as the conduit between the Business and Technology team, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that application requirements are clearly defined to ensure the applications team are building robust apps that are aligned to the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business requirements and develop process improvements 
  • Generate requirements specifications, use cases/user stories, process flow diagrams, user interface designs, user manuals, training materials, and other system documentation
  • Work with the Technology Solutions team to ensure product and business objectives are met.
  • Creation of  testing and training materials and assist in conducting testing and training and workshops. 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst being able to transform business requirements into well defined requirements specifications.
  • Strong documentation skills and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of technology, including data concepts, workflow processes and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills 
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous
