Job Description

Based in our Sydney CBD office, this fast paced and valued role will support our highly successful and reputable Office Leasing team. You will provide daily administrative support to a team of agents, to assist with the coordination of sales and marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your background in administration and organisation skills in this autonomous role. 

In this integral support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks which include:

  • Coordinating the collation & preparation of reports and Powerpoint presentations.  
  • Managing online listings, drafting marketing quotes and coordinating signboards and photography. 
  • Assisting the Office Leasing agents with actioning client requests and managing any client liaison as required. 
  • Preparing for and attending weekly department meetings. 
  • Maintenance of internal CRM databases. 
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder engagement and correspondence. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role or a background in Administration. 
  • Tertiary qualification in Property or Marketing is highly desirable.  
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. 
  • Professional communication skills.
