Team Assistant | Strategic Advisory

This highly valued role is integral to the success of our National Strategic Advisory team and is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your knowledge in property, strong administration skills and high attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for a driven Property or Economics degree graduate looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic team. 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and preparing reports, marketing materials, submissions and presentations.
• Client liaison, including booking meetings and following up on client requirements. 
• Collating fee forecasts and managing debtors.
• Actioning invoices and expenses.
• Organising for domestic team travel and accommodation. 
• Updating the CRM Database

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• High attention to detail coupled with strong organisational skills.
• Strong client orientated approach.
• A willingness for ongoing professional development and advancement in the team and broader business.
