Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Team Assistant to join our organization in Adelaide, Australia. This is a temporary position  to cover parental leave on a 4-month contract, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment. 

Your day-to-day achievements will include:

  • Preparing property reports, submissions, presentations, contracts, statutory and standard forms
  • Prioritising requests from your team, including staff working remotely
  • Assisting in marketing campaigns including the production of marketing materials and updating websites
  • Managing internal client database
  • Coordinating client and departmental meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas
  • General administration including, travel bookings, invoicing and expense claims management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • Adobe Indesign skills
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
  • Previous experience within real estate or professional services environment desirable
