We are seeking the expertise of an organised and proactive Team Assistant to support our organically growing team of Industrial Sales and Leasing operators based in our North Sydney office on a part time basis.
Reporting to the Associate Director, this busy and valued role will see you build strong relationships and support a close knit, dynamic sales team. With your proactive, team focused approach and high attention to detail you will excel in this fast paced, collaborative, and sociable environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and formatting of submissions, reports & client documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials.
- Process invoices and expense claims.
- File creation and maintenance.
- Updating our client database & running of reports.
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Recent experience in a similar role, preferably within property.
- Strong organisational skills & ability to prioritise.
- High attention to detail.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
- Proactive approach to your work.
