Team Assistant

We are seeking the expertise of an organised and proactive Team Assistant to support our high performing Investment Services team based in our Liverpool office. This role is permanent and we are open to candidates seeking either part-time or full-time opportunities.

This busy and valued role will see you build strong relationships and support a close knit, dynamic team. With your proactive, team focused approach and high attention to detail you will excel in this fast paced, collaborative and sociable environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and formatting of submissions, reports & client documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and creating marketing collateral on Powerpoint.
• Process invoices and expense claims.
• File creation and maintenance.
• Updating our client database & running of reports.

• Recent experience in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualification in Property or Marketing is desirable. 
• Strong organisational skills & ability to prioritise.
• High attention to detail.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
• Proactive approach to your work.
