Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our market leading Residential team based in the Brisbane CBD, working on a portfolio of projects spanning South-East Queensland (including Gold Coast). This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry including land sales, development site sales, project marketing & off-the-plan apartment sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contract administration
  • CRM database management
  • Preparation of sales and marketing reports
  • Invoicing
  • Document co-ordination, including typing, photocopying and filing
  • Managing expense and credit card claims
  • General administration including archiving, ordering of stationary, coordination of meetings and functions and relief reception duties as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this challenging role you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience working in an administration role within residential real estate or off-the-plan sales.   
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office (particularly in Excel) and Adobe suites
  • High attention to detail to ensure production of consistent, quality reports, submissions, and documents.  
  • The ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Professional and friendly manner
