Job Description
Join our high‑performing team at Essendon Fields as a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant. This role will be playing a key role in a dynamic property environment. You’ll be the trusted “go‑to” person who keeps everyday operations running seamlessly, supporting campaigns, client service, and overall team effectiveness.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare high‑quality reports, submissions and client documentation
- Support marketing and campaign activity (InDesign/Canva skills highly regarded)
- Coordinate team diaries, meetings and internal communications
- Manage invoicing, billing and general financial administration
- Maintain SharePoint folders, templates and key team resources
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and more efficient workflows
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office; design capability an advantage
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Experience in team support, administration or a similar coordination role
- Exposure to property marketing, including preparation of information memorandums and submissions, and design experience using both inDesign and powerpoint
