Job Description
We are seeking the expertise of an organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide administrative support within our Hotels Valuation & Advisory team based at in our Sydney CBD Office.
The ideal candidate will hold administrative experience and be seeking a support role within a fast-paced office environment. Your open communication style and ‘can-do’ approach will ensure you are the right match for this valued role.
In this key support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties which include:
- Preparation and formatting submission documents and reports for external distribution.
- Producing letters using a nationally approved valuation format.
- Undertaking of title searches, town planning requirements and other such research as requested.
- Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence with clients.
- Preparation of invoices and expenses.
- Diary management for head of department.
Qualifications
You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a support role and with some basic property related experience and interest in the Hotel or Valuations sector is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills; in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
- Working with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication skills.
