Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity for someone to join a specialist business area of Colliers UK, as a Team Administrator, this is a varied role that will give you day to day exposure across departments. 

  • Working closely with senior members of the team in order to ensure that all reports, correspondence and other documents are completed on time and to the required standard. 
  • Preparing all documents in accordance with Company templates and the style and layout requested by the originator.
  • Updating and reviewing excel spread sheets.
  • Updating/maintaining the relevant company systems/ database with relevant company and department information.
  • Undertaking team invoicing when required.
  • Working on confidential documents. 
  • Responding to telephone/ email enquiries from internal/external clients.
  • Ensuring that the electronic filing system is maintained and that electronic scanning and filing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Helping senior members of the team to implement process enhancements/ rollouts when required. 
  • Any other task that may reasonably be requested.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role. 
  • Prior experience within an office based environment, be that full or part time/ during or after studies. 
  • Proven experience of learning and implementing new systems/ technology.
  • Working in an environment that requires a high level of attention to detail.
