This is a senior-level opportunity to lead complex rating projects, manage high-value portfolios, and play a strategic role in growing our national capability. You’ll be advising some of the most recognisable occupiers and investors in the UK while supporting team development and innovation.
Acting as lead advisor on business rates strategy for major clients
Managing and overseeing complex portfolios and appeals
Negotiating directly with the Valuation Office Agency
Coaching and developing junior team members
Contributing to client acquisition and thought leadership
Driving operational excellence within the Rating team
MRICS qualified with extensive experience in commercial rating
Confident negotiator with proven results in reducing rate liabilities
Trusted advisor to clients with excellent relationship management skills
Strong leadership credentials and ability to develop talent
Commercially astute, strategic thinker, and solutions-focused
A national team with deep expertise and strong client relationships
