This growth and our commitment to investing in our people and platform has created the need for an enterprising recruitment professional to join our growing Careers team as a Talent Acquisition Leader | India. The key objective of this position is to secure market leading talent and drive the growth of the organization’s talent pipeline across this critical growth market. Partnering with both local and regional leadership, this position will work closely with the Heads of Departments' to pipeline, attract and onboard best in market leading talent.
Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):
- Reporting into the National Director, People & Performance | India and working in partnership with both HOD’s and Executive Driector, Head of Careers | Asia to design and execute the Talent Acquisition plan for each function across the Indian market.
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment of executive and key business hires to ensure timely fulfilment of replacement and new headcount targets.
- Network and build relationships at key industry events such as PERE and Corenet.
- Create and maintain accurate market maps of lead competitors across key revenue generation service lines.
- Ensure accurate performance and drive the ownership of all recruitment administration, market mapping and database platforms across both markets.
- Develop professional and positive relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Partner with People & Performance division to ensure timely execution of offer management process.
- Reduce recruitment agency use through direct sourcing.
- Leadership of the Careers experts across India.

- Bachelor’s Degree qualified.
- Minimum of 10 years in the recruitment industry, ideally across both agency and in-house.
- Real Estate industry exposure whilst not critical is an advantage.
- A dynamic team player, with an ability to engage across all levels of the hierarchy (both internally and externally) is critical.
