Job Description
Our dedicated team of Healthcare & Retirement Living valuation experts specialise in the provision of valuation and advisory services to the sector across Australia. Through market knowledge, best in class platform and an extensive track record we ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Continued advances in our use of technology include software models, report templates and client, property, and transaction databases. Rigorous training standards and external quality assurance processes provide accurate, timely and consistent advice.
We currently have an opportunity for a suitably qualified expert to be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane office. The ideal candidate would have knowledge and expertise valuing a variety of assets in this sector, including caravan parks, mixed use parks, MHE (Manufactured Home Estates) or LLC (Land Lease Communities) as well as other accommodation style properties, retirement, or other going concern valuation work.
Qualifications
- An Associate Member of the API and Queensland/NSW Valuers Registration with at least 5 years’ experience post CPV qualification.
- Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Valid Australian drivers’ license.
- Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy.
- Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
