Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Team Assistant to support our Director in Charge at our North Sydney office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and is ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role
This permanent position plays a pivotal role in enabling the success of our leadership team. You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email and diary management for the Director.
  • Organising internal meetings, agendas, and WIPs.
  • Handling internal and external enquiries and correspondence.
  • Coordinating travel bookings and itineraries.
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases.
  • Preparing presentations and agendas for internal and external use.
  • Creating marketing materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Reconciling invoices and managing expense claims.
  • Conducting research and supporting ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar support or senior administrative role.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, “lean in” attitude and the ability to work independently.
