Join the South Australian Agribusiness team as a dynamic Team Assistant, supporting a group of high-performing sales executives. This role is all about ensuring seamless administrative operations in a fast-paced, thriving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the CRM database up-to-date and accurate, including property listings and website uploads.
- Prepare and format high-level documents with precision.
- Manage marketing campaigns, collaborating with external providers.
- Book flights, hire cars, and accommodation for the team.
- Handle invoicing, expenses, and tracking efficiently.
- Coordinate client meetings, events, and venue bookings.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong relationship management skills to support both office-based and remote team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot AI, with excellent attention to detail.
- Expertise in document preparation and proofreading with sharp spelling and grammar skills.
- Experience with InDesign and Smartsheet software is a bonus.
