With ongoing growth forecast across Colliers and our Agribusiness service line, we are looking to expand our transactions team in Canberra and across NSW with the appointment of a Senior Manager for the sale of premium rural properties and agribusiness assets at scale in Australia.
Reporting to the Head of Agribusiness, Transaction Services, and to ACT based leaders you will assume a key role in the implementation of winning and completing sales campaigns for a range of Agribusiness assets including mixed agricultural operations, beef cattle, sheep and carbon farming assets, permanent plantings horticulture, grains, cotton and intensive livestock operations with land.
The scope of the role will include:
- Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for the wider Colliers Agribusiness team.
- Build on and strengthen our strong visible relationships with regional clients by maintaining a high level of market presence in our marketplace, using media mentions and consistent vendor paid advertising with exclusive appointments.
- Analysing the sale of properties and client’s probability & potential sale of Agribusiness going to market timelines and proposals.
- A strong importance of driving internal relationships between Collier’s product lines via referrals both ways. This will ensure information transfer and opportunities between divisions with referral income tracked and encouraged.
- Preparation of marketing submissions, client progress reports on campaigns & sales agency agreements that are at high standard with a focus on details.
You must be a licenced real estate agent for this role. Ideally you will have a track record in rural property sales or advisory, however related sales experience in dealing with rural clients from a banking, commodity or agribusiness operational backgrounds will also be considered.
