Senior Surveyor - Commercial Valuations

Owing to continued growth, Colliers is now looking for an enthusiastic surveyor/ senior surveyor to join the Commercial Valuation team within the London Office 

Our Valuation Team provides a fast and efficient service that is tailored to the needs of individual clients. All valuations are market-based and carefully researched, and provide an accurate assessment of current values and informed forecasts.    

Job Description

• To assist team members in the preparation of regularly valued portfolios.
• To liaise with key client stakeholders on a regular basis.
• In conjunction with other team members, to develop the Department’s existing and prospective client relationships.
• Attend presentations to clients when required.

• MRICS Qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
• Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office (in particular, Excel)
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Able to demonstrate market knowledge
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
