Job Description

Colliers is seeking an accomplished and motivated Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing Occupier Services team in Wellington. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned property professional to take the next step in their career, leading with impact, delivering excellence, and shaping the future of property management.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our clients, delivering strategic property and facilities management solutions that exceed expectations. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, lead value-add initiatives, and play a key role in business development, all while mentoring others and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion strategic lease and portfolio management programs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Lead property inspections, rent reviews, leasing negotiations, and compliance.
  • Provide technical advice and mentoring to teammates.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage service providers and ensure health & safety compliance.
  • Contribute to business growth through client presentations and pitches.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of successful property management experience.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and a full NZ driver’s license.
  • Strong commercial acumen and client focus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence with IT systems and data accuracy
