We have a great opportunity for an experienced Property Accountant to join our award-winning Real Estate Management Services team in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office.
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy professional to deliver accounting services that are included in client management contracts.
The value you'll add
- Oversee REMS clients accounting functions in your assigned portfolio
- Prepare annual budgets and financial statements for REMS clients
- Maintain accurate property information for your assigned portfolio
- Prepare and file any statutory required returns relating to property management clients
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Provide mentoring and guidance to team members
- Optimise processes and assist with system testing
- 3+ years’ successful experience in property accounting
- Qualified Accountant or working towards, or relevant industry experience
