This position would suit someone who has previously worked in senior roles within Facilities Management with 10+ years experience.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Responsible for the strategic direction and facilities management service delivery across the portfolio.
- Planning and delivery of CAPEX Projects across portfolio within agreed budget and timelines.
- Drive best practice by collaborating, providing technical training and administering a comprehensive compliance program
- Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.
- Ensuring the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties, including security, maintenance and safety are at the highest standards.
- Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors and colleagues.
- Overseeing all compliance, HSE and sustainability reporting.
- Identify new business opportunities, including opportunities to manage additional properties, generate consultancy or project management fees, as well as cross selling other Colliers International business lines.
To excel in this position, you will ideally have:
- Extensive experience in the delivery of facilities and operational management services.
- Excellent business and operations acumen.
- Strong client engagement and the capacity to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of industry best practice, sustainability and legislative compliance.
