Colliers is offering a unique opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our UK wide Planning Team as a Senior Planner in Edinburgh.

As a Senior Planner, you will be an integral part of our team, working on a diverse range of projects in both England and Scotland. From small-scale developments to large-scale strategic initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across various sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting professional work for clients and meeting reporting requirements within agreed deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with Colliers' Best Practice standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the UK, including travel for site visits and meetings.
- Assisting junior staff members with their professional development.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to contribute to the team's fee income targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking and business development efforts.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Sound knowledge and experience of English and Scottish planning systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and IT skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications and membership in professional planning or surveying bodies.
- A valid driving license or the process of obtaining one.
