• Commercial property sales and business development representation
• Land sales and business development representation
• Real estate marketing planning and execution
• Real estate market data collection and analysis
• Property title investigation and site surveys
• Client relationship management

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Working knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance
• Proven experience in real estate market research
• Demonstrated proficiency in preparing real estate appraisal reports
• Solid capabilities in real estate analysis and data collection

• Business development experience is a plus
• Holding a valid driver's license is advantageous
