Job Description

Due to recent growth across our Hong Kong Project Management business, we are looking for an experienced Workplace Advisory professional to join our Project Management team. This senior position will provide an established Workplace Advisory professional the opportunity to accelerate success within a dynamic, market-leading organization. We are focused to develop our people to become leading real estate professionals in the market.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end workplace innovation projects and act as a workplace strategy partner in developing options for a rapidly evolving workstyle landscape;
  • Deliver workplace analysis, change impact analysis, change readiness assessment for clients;
  • Produce visual display of quantitative and qualitative data to communicate key insights and spatial guidelines;
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels and adopt a variety of research techniques to reveal data driven insights and form sound recommendations on workplace models and infrastructure requirements;
  • Manage workplace innovation projects financial budget by organizing resources and monitoring progress;
  • Provide clear direction for selected service providers (as needed) on expectations, develop and implement clear & achievable service levels with remediation and escalation on disputes;
  • Highly involve in client engagement activities, e.g. proposal pitch, business development and RFP responses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate Occupier Consulting, or Business Analysis.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the corporate real estate or workplace strategy related industry
  • Ability to develop and conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, draw conclusions and present in simple summarized ways
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with graphics and charts
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and verbal presentation in both English and Cantonese.
  • Proven track record on program and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations to client needs.
  • Excellent customer service acumen and interpersonal relationship skills, able to interact with senior client leaders effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
