- Champion Colliers Project Leaders’ values and culture in every interaction
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally across the full project lifecycle
- Proven experience in seismic resilience, industrial, or refurbishment projects
- Strong skills in contract management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore/Aconex, Mastt)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- A desire to grow into a leadership role and mentor others
What we offer
- Colliers Academy, a 12-month programme to accelerate your career in property
- Mentoring from industry experts
- Wellbeing benefits and initiatives
- Parental benefits
- Study leave
- Wide variety of product discounts and benefits
