In this role, you are entrusted to:
- Play a key role in managing and developing real estate valuation and land consultancy projects
- Highly involved in valuation project management from conception to completion of deliverables.
- Be proactive in maximizing revenue opportunities for the Valuation and Advisory Team
- Continuously enhance the market exposure of the business by engaging in various professional networks
- Be diligent in conducting site visits to collect data across APAC region for valuation and advisory projects
- Coordinate and collaborate seamlessly with other regional teams across APAC
- Prepare and supervise the quality of valuation and advisory reports carried out by the Team
- Retain existing clients and maintain good client relationships

Qualifications
- University (or equivalent) degree in Real Estate or Surveying or Finance related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in valuation of Hong Kong / Mainland Chinese / APAC properties.
- Valuation related experience from a Commercial Real Estate business or Lands Department is an asset
- RICS/ HKIS post qualification professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly in Excel)
- Out-of-box thinking and analytical skillset
- A good team player, self-disciplined, accountable character
- Detail-minded, able to work independently and under tight schedules
- Good command of both written and verbal English, Chinese. Proficiency in any Asian language is a plus
