Job Description
Due to recent growth of our Research function, we are looking for a real estate Research professional to join our team.
The role is responsible for delivering stringent and credible market reports and analysis to both internal and external clients. They will be able to create high quality market research reports, press release and market updates and while not limited to:
- Conduct market research and generate high quality periodic and thematic research reports and press release on market intelligence including market insights, government policy and future trends
- Provide research supports and market analysis to all business lines
- Maintain a high corporate professional profile in the industry by fulfilling media requests
- Assist and participate in client presentation and press conferences
- Assist in consultancy projects
Qualifications
The core skills and experience required, but not limited to, are:
- University degree in Land Economic, Real Estate, BBA, Economic, Finance or business-related disciplines
- 5 – 8 years’ solid experience in property research
- Be able to communicate with clients with different properties profiles
- Strong report writing, analytical and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under high pressure
- Proficiency on spoken and written in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
