• ·Provide support to the Head of Advisory Services and Corporate Strategy Advisory Services;
• ·Work with other team members for the successful execution of consultancy assignments;
• ·Handle client concerns and inquiry;
• ·Carry out project-related research, data analysis and report writing;
• ·Assist to drive growth and development of the consulting and valuation business in your region say North China or East China.

• ·A Bachelor degree and above from a recognized university, preferably in Real Estate, Business or Economics, a higher degree in relevant subject will be highly preferable;
• ·At least 3 years’ experience in real estate development and related business or in consultancy;
• ·RICS professional qualification is an advantage;
• ·Extensive knowledge on China's real estate market;
• ·Sound analytical skills particularly on a project focus;
• ·Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;
• ·Fluent spoken & good written English and Mandarin, with sound writing skills in both languages;
• ·Good presentation and communications skills;
• ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel and Power Point.
