1. Maintain the client relationship of Key Accounts of China corporation. Accomplish the operation needs of forementioned China corporation clients.
2. Dig out and develop the new needs of China corporation invest overseas.
3. New China Clients business development.
4. Value added services to current clients.
Qualifications
1. Over 3 years of commercial real estate especially on CRE operation.
2. Good English both oral and written.
3. Good sales skills and client relationship maintenance skills.
4. Good business sense and ability to get the clients' potential needs.
