Job Description

Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers. Join our team as a Senior Leasing Manager and deliver unrivalled leasing services to our client, a large Telco with a national footprint. You will be involved in negotiating the leases, across various asset types through metro and regional Australia. 

Based in North Sydney, you will utilise your effective relationship management and leasing expertise to meet leasing requirements for our client. 

Key responsibilities in this role will include: - 

  • Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contract 
  • Successful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiations 
  • Ongoing client relationship management. 
  • Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolios 

Qualifications

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:- 

  • Experience working with a major Telco preferred but not essential. 
  • Strong background in leasing transactions.  
  • Ability to navigate excel & Lease management software. 
  • Property management experience; retail, commercial and industrial. 
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clients.
