About the role:

We are on the hunt for a passionate, daring, and seasoned Interior Designer to infuse innovative ideas into our interior architecture projects. In the role of Senior Interior Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting and reinforcing a sophisticated design narrative, collaborating with the interior architect team, engaging clients and potential clients, and guaranteering that this vision is reflected across all our projects.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Take an active role in the pre-sales phase, delivering a compelling and visionary design story that enhances the client journey and steers the pitch process.
• Develop a bespoke conceptual design strategy that resonates with and amplifies our clients’ distinctive identities
• Oversee design project to guarantee adherence to established design standards, while continuously monitoring for opportunities to enhance and evolve our design practices.
• Pioneering and championing cutting-edge design concepts, while remaining at the forefront of design trends.
• Assist leadership in identifying problems, trends, or future space needs and make recommendations.

• Language: English and French and/or Dutch 
• Education: a degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Relevant on the job experience in commercial real estate/hospitality industry
• Commercial and storytelling skills
• Stakeholder management and project management skills
• Working knowledge of design software programs
• Team player mentality
