Senior Finance BI Report Developer

This role is responsible for developing and supporting BI report solutions that primarily service the Corporate Finance function, but also other service lines. Key to the success of the role will be the ability to elicit reporting requirements from key users and delivering accurate and efficient reporting and dashboard solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Working with IT and Finance teams to understand requirements and subsequently provide reporting and dashboard solutions that meet those requirements. 
• Reduce the volume of current support calls by working with the respective local and global operational teams to manage and resolve incidents relating to Finance reporting products 
• Be the subject matter expert for TM1, PAW, PAX, Cognos, Data Cubes. Share best practice and improve working knowledge of these systems among finance team users. 
• Ensuring data quality & security across all solutions, systems, and reports 
• Complete ad-hoc TM1/PAW & PowerBI support requests from the business. 
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Technology Solutions team to deliver fit for purpose reporting & dashboard components within the scope of an application

• 5+ years experience IBM Cognos and Planning Analytics development & infrastructure related tasks. 
• Infrastructure & architectural design experience within the IBM. 
• TM1/Cognos/PAW/PAX ecosystem. 
• The ability to troubleshoot, identify root cause and resolve accordingly. 
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VBAs, TM1 add-ins. 
• Sound experience with PowerBI will be highly regarded.
