Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced residential salesperson for our premium projects. With a significant current pipeline of major projects we have years of guaranteed listings. We're looking for a senior member of our project marketing team who knows how to service our many valued customers.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will ideally have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential sales with a proven track record over a number of years.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
