Job Description

We seek to appoint an enterprising recruiter (ideally but is not essential) that has exposure to Engineering & Design, Construction or Project Management that prides themselves on delivering a high level of service to a Managing Director that is motivated by growth across Australia. Our Engineering & Design offering has grown from 100 to 430 employees in just 17 months! This means our role is ideal for a Senior Recruiter within the external agency world that has proven 360 degree recruitment experience wanting to make the transition into a high performing internal recruitment team offering a defined career path.  

What will this role offer the right person?

  • Our recruitment team are all ex-agency recruiters, and we still maintain the fast-paced, high stakeholder servicing fundamentals. We take our work seriously but not ourselves.
  • Accountability to execute key elements of the national recruitment business plan, which underpins our Global Enterprise ’25 plan.
  • We have no red tape in getting decisions from our national leaders meaning you get instant exposure to work with our senior leadership to deliver their annual business plans.
  • Exposure to M&A opportunities as Colliers continues expanding to become the global leader in Engineering & Design.
  • Autonomy to manage your daily and weekly schedule without micromanagement.
  • Use the best-in-class recruitment technology to increase productivity.

Qualifications

What are the qualifications we seek?

  • Demonstrated recruitment experience ideally a background within Engineering, Design, Construction or Project Management. Alternatively, a thick-skinned agency recruiter with a strong passion in a related field will be considered.
  • Highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome focused with demonstrated experience in managing and delivering recruitment activities.
