The Talent Acquisition team sits within the wider People & Culture function and consists of four Talent Acquisition Specialists. As a team, we deliver end-to-end recruitment support across the UK, hiring from emerging talent through to Director level appointments.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across Colliers UK. This role partners closely with senior leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, assess, and secure top talent in competitive markets. Proven recruitment experience within commercial property / real estate is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, deep recruitment expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven mindset to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnering
- Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce plans, business goals, and capability gaps.
- Develop proactive sourcing and pipelining strategies aligned to current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking insights, and competitor analysis.
- Influence hiring managers on best practices in talent assessment and decision-making.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Design compelling job advertisements and sourcing campaigns.
- Utilise diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct structured interviews and guide hiring panels to ensure fair and consistent assessments.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen employer brand presence.
- Act as a brand ambassador at networking events, career fairs, and industry forums.
Data & Process Excellence
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity outcomes.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Drive inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on unbiased recruitment techniques.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- several years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, including experience hiring for senior or specialist roles.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive and senior stakeholders.
- Strong sourcing expertise and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proven track record managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance standards.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
