Colliers is a leading global commercial real estate services company in the midst of a dynamic growth and transformation phase. As we continue on driving our professional expertise in Hong Kong, we are looking for experienced Valuation professionals to grow our capacity in the market.

What you will be engaged in:

• Hold a key role in development consultancy and due diligence studies, both in undertaking real estate market analyses;
• Implement, execute and undertake a wide range of advisory projects and activities including land administrative advisory, investment advisory, financial viability, infrastructural studies, pan-asia market analyses and other feasibility studies;
• Assist in managing advisory projects in Hong Kong and Asia;
• Ensure that assignment deadlines are met with high-quality outputs;
• Serve the needs of existing clients and the general nurturing of client relationships including providing effective solutions and follow-up after completion of projects; and
• Carry out other assignments or business development initiatives as directed by senior team members.

A successful candidate will be:

• Undergraduate/ Master’s degree holder in Real Estate, Urban Studies, Business, Economics or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, property finance and investment advisory
• Professional qualifications in RICS or HKIS is a competitive advantage but is not a requirement
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills with the ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly.
• Self-starter with strong business acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point
