This Role is For You If You’re Ready To:

  • Work closely with a high-achieving agents on campaigns from listing to sale
  • Be involved in marketing, and client communications
  • Assist at inspections
  • Coordinate photography, video, digital marketing, and supplier management
  • Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from contracts and admin to CRM updates
  • Take ownership of your development and thrive in a driven, supportive environment

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • A hunter that gets a buzz off getting a deal over the line
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
  • Naturally confident with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and able to manage digital systems, calendars, and workflows
  • Curious, coachable and passionate about real estate and personal growth
  • Professional in appearance and presentation
  • Either have your Agent’s Representative Certificate (or are currently studying to obtain it)
