Our successful Newcastle Residential team is seeking an experienced Operations & Project Manager to join the team. In this key role you will work with the Directors of our NSW business to support the continued growth and success of the Newcastle residential team. You will also be responsible for effectively leading the team, assisting with development, and streamlining processes.
You will accomplish this by:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Newcastle residential business.
- Ensuring the appropriate processes and procedures are in place to address current and future needs of the business.
- Facilitating the consistent application, implementation and improvement of people processes and initiatives to build productivity and performance.
- Working with the Directors of Sydney and Newcastle in the development and growth of the General Agency business and the incorporation of the Customer management program to generate new leads.
- Producing accurate and detailed submissions, reports, and other property documentation.
- Coordinating launch events for both projects and purchasers.
- Fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation and service excellence within the Newcastle Residential Business.
- Strong knowledge of the Newcastle residential market.
- A solid understanding of project marketing.
- An understanding of the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyers to purchase off the plan.
- Meeting individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.
- Be highly organised and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to work across multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
