Job Description
Are you a undergraduate. looking to break into the world of research, economics, or the property industry? We’re looking for a confident, self-motivated Research Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, supporting our surveys.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both field and office-based research, working with a leading property services firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting unsupervised field work across Auckland for property research surveys.
- Supporting the team with data entry, analysis, and reporting using Excel.
- Assisting with phone interviews, updating databases, and contributing to research publications and presentations.
- Collaborating with the team and working independently depending on the project.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- A student with a keen interest in research, economics, or property.
- Someone who is confident and outgoing, comfortable interacting with external stakeholders.
- A self-starter who can work independently and contribute to a team.
- Strong Excel and Word skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A clean full or restricted NZ driver’s license and access to a car.
