Are you a undergraduate. looking to break into the world of research, economics, or the property industry? We’re looking for a confident, self-motivated Research Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, supporting our surveys. 

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both field and office-based research, working with a leading property services firm.

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Conducting unsupervised field work across Auckland for property research surveys.
• Supporting the team with data entry, analysis, and reporting using Excel.
• Assisting with phone interviews, updating databases, and contributing to research publications and presentations.
• Collaborating with the team and working independently depending on the project.

What we are looking for:

• A student with a keen interest in research, economics, or property.
• Someone who is confident and outgoing, comfortable interacting with external stakeholders.
• A self-starter who can work independently and contribute to a team.
• Strong Excel and Word skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• A clean full or restricted NZ driver’s license and access to a car.
