Job Description

We currently have a Property Manager role with a key client that will work across a mixed portfolio, including commercial, industrial and residential assets.

As an integral member of our successful team, you will be accountable for:

  • Managing the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clients
  • Implementing and maintain orderly lease admin procedures
  • Regular liaison with owners and tenants, ensuring expectations are being achieved
  • Building strong rapport with other Property Managers and Facilities Managers
  • Controlling the collection and reconciliation of funds

 


Qualifications

We are highly interested in considering you if you possess:

  • Previous experience within both commercial and residential property management 
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to deal with several matters and work to strict deadlines 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues 
  • Proactive and self-motivated – desire to add value to the team 
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current and valid QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Experience using MRI Highly considered
  • Excellent written communication skills 
  • Tertiary qualifications in a property discipline 
  • Strong accounting and numeracy skills

This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work well on their own as well as having a desire to collaborate and add value to the wider REMS team.
