We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Sydney CBD on an initial 6 month contract. You will be responsible for managing a single clients portfolio across a diverse range of asset types.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, facility managers and clients.
- Manage daily tenants matters, respond to all incoming requests, assist in resolving issues.
- Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients, including prepare the budgets and monthly reports.
- Control the collection rentals, outgoings, and recoverable costs in conjunction with strict arrears management practices and BG, PLI.
- Liaise with Facilities Managers on compliance, changes/upgrades and health and safety items, AFSS.
- Negotiation of new leases and lease renewals as instructed by client, liaising with client’s solicitors to facilitate the preparation of appropriate lease and licence documentation as approved.
- Recent experience in a commercial or retail property management role.
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Solid organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills.
