The Property Manager oversees end-to-end property management and transaction services across client sites.
The role includes managing landlord and tenant relationships and ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal obligations. Key responsibilities include reporting, dispute resolution, and maintaining accurate site data, such as landlord information and maintenance records.
Other key duties may include;
- Interpret and enforce lease terms; advise on repairs, maintenance, and lessor damage claims.
- Raise and manage landlord-related tickets in Pegasus; resolve facilities disputes.
- Address landlord concerns, consent requests, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
- Manage property risks (lease tenure, operational, legal).
- Provide high-level lease analysis and advice to the National Portfolio Manager.
- Experience in a similar Property Manager or Property Administrator position, with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial leasing practices.
- Certificate of registration is essential, or willingness to obtain.
- Advanced Excel skills paired with experience using systems such as Pegasus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines.
