Job Description
Ready to take ownership and make a difference? As a Property Manager at Colliers, you’ll lead end-to-end property management and transaction services, building strong landlord and tenant relationships while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to expert for lease interpretation, repairs, and maintenance advice.
- Manage landlord and tenant interactions, resolve disputes, and keep site data accurate and up to date.
- Take charge of property risks and provide strategic lease analysis to support portfolio decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or administration with solid knowledge of commercial and industrial leasing.
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
