Job Description

Are you passionate about property and ready to take the first step towards a career in Facilities or Property Management?
Colliers is offering two exciting opportunities to join our dynamic Service Hub team as a Property & Facilities Coordinator, with both full-time and part-time roles available. In this position, you'll gain hands-on experience in property and facilities operations, while working closely with industry professionals and contributing to client strategies.
This is the perfect entry point for ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for property occupiers, helping resolve day-to-day property challenges
  • Coordinate contractors, inspections, and access to properties
  • Assist with documentation, budgets, CAPEX, and operational reviews
  • Maintain accurate databases and supplier records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support property managers in executing client strategies

Qualifications
