Are you looking to kickstart your career in real estate and advisory services? We are seeking a motivated and talented Property Analyst to join our Strategic Advisory team in our Auckland CBD office.
As a Property Analyst, you will support our Strategic Advisory team in delivering top-notch services to a diverse range of clients, including public, private, and not-for-profit entities. Your role will involve contributing to research projects, consulting engagements, and supporting other teams within Colliers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Assist Directors in understanding clients' needs and developing solutions. Prepare proposals and respond to client correspondence promptly.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct robust research and analysis using tools like Excel and GIS. Communicate findings clearly to meet client needs.
- Reporting: Prepare thoughtful and easy-to-understand reports consistent with team and business standards.
- Transactions: Support transactional work such as property sales and leasing. Prepare documentation and coordinate marketing processes.
- Revenue Growth: Record accurate timesheet data, grow your personal network, and support business development activities.
- Degree qualified (property degree preferred)
- Highly numerate and literate with advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling
- Ability to work independently and generate revenue within a team environment
- Experience in property markets and research
- Strong presentation skills and client-focused approach
