Job Description
We have opportunities for Graduates looking to enter the valuation profession, or Valuers on the pathway to registration, to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team in Tauranga. Colliers is a well-established and respected brand in the Bay of Plenty market, and we are looking for individuals who can continue to build on Colliers’ reputation for excellent service and sound property advice. You will be working with highly experienced Senior commercial valuers with international experience, and collaborating with our respected property management, sales and leasing, and project management teams. The value you'll add
- Deliver timely and quality valuation and consultancy advice, reports, and quotations
- Ensure the provision of high standards of service to our clients
- Assess current market values and properties
- Extract data and evidence for analysis
- Collaborate to ensure success and leverage the collective expertise of our 700+ team members across New Zealand
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and initiatives
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in property
