We have a great opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join our award-winning Real Estate Management Services team in our Christchurch office.
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy professional to deliver accounting services to clients.
This role is full time opportunity with hours to be agreed with the successful candidate. This is a fixed-term opportunity for 10 months.
The value you'll add
- Support the client accounting function on assigned Commercial and Retail portfolios
- Assist Senior Property Accountant in testing financial system enhancements and implementation
- Prepare financial statements for clients, including operating expense account wash-up allocations
- Prepare tenant invoicing and manage tenant debtors
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Ensure financial compliance and controls are adhered to
- Assist with system and process improvements

Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful experience in finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Intermediate Excel skills
