We have a great opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join our award-winning Real Estate Management Services team in our Auckland CBD office.

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy professional to deliver accounting services to clients.

The value you'll add

  • Support the client accounting function on assigned commercial and retail portfolios
  • Assist with testing financial system enhancements and implementation
  • Prepare financial statements for clients, including operating expense account wash-up allocations
  • Prepare tenant invoicing and manage tenant debtors
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
  • Ensure financial compliance and controls are adhered to
  • Assist with system and process improvements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ successful experience in finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
